What do you do on your free time?
I’m a passionate home cook, avid hiker, and gardener who strives to find joy in the simple things. When I’m not experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, you can find me exploring the foothills with my two loyal Labs. My love for the outdoors also extends to my garden, where I cultivate a variety of fresh herbs, vegetables, and flowers.
What brought you to the world of functional medicine?
My personal journey with gut health, brain fog, and numerous food sensitivities led me to discover the transformative power of functional medicine. Through this experience, I witnessed firsthand how nourishing my body with the right foods can bring clarity, energy, and balance. My struggles have become a source of inspiration, fueling my passion for helping others unlock the healing potential of food. Today, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to take charge of their health, one mindful meal at a time.
